Care Team'. Our reason for making this change is to emphasise very strongly our continued focus on
our customers. Our newly named Customer Care Advocates are available to look after all of your
After Sales not only just the regular maintenance of your car.
Changing the title of our Service Advisors to Customer Care Advocate's has come about to once
again reiterate our strong customer focus. This title is best summed up by the following: "Customer
advocacy is a specialized form of customer service in which companies focus on what is best for the
customer. It is a change in a company's culture that is supported by customer-focused customer
service techniques". We couldn't say it better ourselves. What is best for you is exactly what we are
trying to achieve.
Mandurah GWM’s service department is part of our new showroom development we completed in
2014. Not only are our technicians factory trained, they also have access to the highest quality
equipment in the industry. The workshop is capable of carrying out all aspects of the work required
to fully maintain your car. This includes our newly installed Tyre Care Department with state of the
art wheel alignment machine, tyre changers and balancers.
Importantly, we would like to remind you we not only service HAVAL's we can service all makes and
models with the same level of pride and attention to detail.
We have a fully equipped customer waiting area including free WIFI and the tastiest coffee around!
